Simple Minute-Taking Form

Lighten the load of note-taking. It can really boost group morale. Download and print as many copies as you like.

Using the form:

•  Write down your action items throughout your meeting.
•  Make photocopies of the form when your meeting is done.
•  Quickly distribute copies to your group members.
•  Review the items one-by-one at your next meeting. Checking-off the completed items as you go...it's that easy!
